MRI Reconstruction with Diffusion

Trained a DDPM diffusion model to learn the probability distrubution of the MRI image space. Then used the pre-trained model to reconstruct an undersampled MRI measurement using a varitaional approach, where the intial signal $x$ is optimized with regards to a model consistency and MRI regularization loss.
